I saw this link over at
BoingBoing and really like this guys work.
Alexey Titarenko is a Russian born photographer that makes some awesome images. Most of the images I was checking out seem somewhat emotionally dark (sad even), and some even feel post-apocalyptic. Black and Whites with long exposures to create ghostly and blurred foregrounds. This one kinda reminds me of
Seurat's "A Sunday Afternoon..."
