Waiting to Confirm? Or Buying while it's Cheap?

With a strong finish to the beginning of the week chartists are sure to be eyeing their charts looking for a satisfying confirmation signal. Others were probably throwing caution to the wind today and calling a bottom while rushing in to buy last weeks dip while it's still cheap.
